I started making collages in 2020 as a way of getting more joy and creativity out of my day.

I chose digital collage because it was the ‘least messy’ art form I could do with young kids around.

Today I make collages to understand, process, and celebrate the world around me.

You can follow my art on Instagram and see a selection of it below.

Artful Memories - Cambodia

My most recent inspiration has been old photos and iconic symbols of Cambodia.

Many of the photos are taken from my father’s archive during his time working in the refugee camps and internally displaced communities along the Thai-Cambodian border, as well as from the early days of ‘normalization’ after the Vietnamese occupation.

I also use found vintage photos from different online sources and collectors, and from my own collection.

Collective Liberation

This collection is focused on humanity, courage, and resistance in the face of authoritarianism.

A bouquet of different wildflowers and plants found in Palestine on a watermelon slice, a symbol of resistance in Occupied Palestine. Made in 2021.

All proceeds go to activists in Palestine.

Commissions

From time to time, I will make art for organisations and collectives.
